PyLOAD

Python-LOAD version 0.3.4 has been released. It has been modified to use Curses for I/O, so a working Python-Curses module is required to run it. On Windows, you can either download and install one of the Curses packages here, or use Cygwin. Further details can be found on the Games page.

PyLOAD

Lord of Ancient Darkness (LOAD) has been ported to Python, which is now the official version. New features and content will be back-ported to the C version where practical and as time allows, but future iterations of LOAD will be exclusively developed in Python.

On a similar note, most future Parthias Games projects will be developed in Python. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, generally for performance.
